As you disembark from your ship, you¿ll begin a scenic 20-minute drive to your first destination, the Mirador Isabel. Perched atop a hill, this viewpoint offers a stunning panoramic vista of Ceuta and its surrounding landscapes. Next, your coach takes you on a 40-minute drive to the Plaza de Africa, passing by the imposing Royal City Walls along the way. These medieval fortifications, built to protect the city, are a testament to Ceuta¿s long history. The Royal Walls, with their impressive parapets, moats, and tunnels, once stood as a formidable defense against invaders. A brief photo stop here allows you to take in the grandeur of the walls and the surrounding cityscape. The journey continues for another 20 minutes, heading towards Monte Hacho. This hill offers one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Ceuta, with sweeping views of the Strait of Gibraltar. At the summit, you¿ll visit Mirador San Antonio, where you can also have an external view of the Hermitage of San Antonio. This small chapel, perched on the edge of the hill, is not only a place of quiet reflection but also a vantage point for panoramic views stretching across the waters to Europe and Gibraltar. After your 20-minute visit, it s time to head back to the ship, retracing your route past the Hacho Fort, a historical military structure now serving as a maritime observatory. This 20-minute drive will bring you back to the port, where you¿ll re-board your coach, concluding this enriching and scenic excursion through Ceuta.

Here, you¿ll also have the chance to visit the Hermitage of San Antonio, a quaint chapel perched on the edge of the hill, offering a peaceful atmosphere and magnificent views. After spending about 20 minutes at this serene spot, you¿ll hop back on the coach for a short drive towards the Mediterranean Park, a beautifully landscaped area perfect for a leisurely stroll. Here, you¿ll have around 25 minutes to walk through the park and enjoy its lush greenery, fountains, and well-maintained pathways, providing a moment of tranquillity before the next part of your journey. Next, you¿ll board the coach again for another short transfer to the heart of Ceuta, the Plaza de Africa, a historic square known for its central role in the city. Upon arrival, you¿ll spend approximately 20 minutes exploring the square, including an outside visit to the chapel and the City Walls. The impressive medieval fortifications of the city provide a glimpse into Ceuta¿s past, while the chapel offers a quiet spot for reflection. Your time in the city centre is not over yet ¿ you¿ll have 20 minutes of free time to explore the bustling streets, perhaps stopping for a coffee or taking in the local shops, before reboarding the coach for the final leg of your tour.

Next, it¿s time to indulge in some of Ceuta¿s culinary delights. Discover how Ceuta s gastronomy reflects its famous melting pot of cultures by visiting three different tapas bars. In each one you will have the chance to sample two tapas accompanied by a glass of wine or beer or a soft drink. Whether it¿s seafood, cured meats, or local cheeses, each bar offers its own twist on traditional Spanish tapas, making this tour a delightful culinary experience. Finally, you¿ll take a 15-minute walk back to the pier concluding your experience of sights, flavours, and the lively atmosphere of Ceuta.

At the crossroads of Europe and Africa, where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean, Ceuta offers an intriguing gateway to Morocco. As you pass through the border, the stark contrast between the Spanish enclave and the Moroccan landscape becomes immediately apparent. This five-hour excursion begins with a 75-minute coach transfer from Ceuta to Tetouan, a picturesque town nestled on the northern slopes of the Djebel Dersa mountain. The town overlooks the lush, green valley of the Oued Martil, dotted with orchards that add to the area¿s natural beauty. Upon arrival in Tetouan, you¿ll embark on a panoramic drive through the modern part of the town, taking in its vibrant atmosphere and contemporary life. The drive takes you to Moulay El Medhi Square, a bustling hub from which you¿ll set off to explore the Médina, the heart of Tetouan. Here, the narrow alleyways open up into a labyrinth of culture, with the Andalucian, Jewish, and Berber sections of the Médina all contributing to the town s unique heritage. With its manageable size, the Médina offers a perfect opportunity for exploration without the risk of getting hopelessly lost. As you wander through its vibrant streets, you¿ll find yourself captivated by its blend of history, architecture, and local life. This entire visit lasts 2 hours and is a real highlight of the trip. Following the visit, it¿s time to take a break and savour some of Morocco¿s famed hospitality. You¿ll stop at a local restaurant where you can relax and enjoy a traditional Moroccan mint tea paired with delicious pastries. During this 30-minute stop, you¿ll be treated to a traditional performance, complete with music and dance, immersing you in the lively culture of the region. After this delightful experience, you¿ll depart from Tetouan and begin your 75-minute drive back to Ceuta.
