SCHOONER TO THE BLUE LAGOON
Excursion Details<-strong><-p> Begin your adventure by boarding a schooner and setting sail towards the Blue Lagoon, here you anchor for 1 hour between two coral islands. Immerse yourself in crystal-clear waters, observing corals and colorful fish. Masks and snorkels are available for rent when booking. Continue to Freguesia de Santana Beach for a panoramic stop. Next, visit Japariz Beach, equipped with a dock, bars, and restaurants. Enjoy 1 hour to unwind on the sands or swim in tranquil waters. Restrooms are accessible with purchase at local bars and restaurants. The tour concludes with a 20-minute boat ride back to the starting point.<-p> Important Information:<-strong> It is only available in Portuguese. The number of guides in languages other than Portuguese is limited. If unavailable, the tour will be offered in Portuguese only. Space is limited, so we recommend booking in advance. SCHOONER TO SACO DO CÉU
Excursion Details<-strong><-p> Board your schooner and begin a quick journey to Praia do Amor in Saco do Céu. Stay for around 30 minutes to unwind on this peaceful beach. Sail for about 1 hour towards Lago Azul, arriving at Praia Fora. Here, enjoy approximately a 2-hour stop to swim, relax, and explore the natural scenery. Reboard the schooner for a 20-minute return trip, concluding your experience.<-p> Important Information:<-strong> A lunch box will be provided for all. Food and beverages are not included- we recommend bringing local currency or a Visa-Mastercard credit card. Guests with food intolerances must notify the Shore Excursions Office on board at least two days before the call. It is only available in Portuguese. The number of guides in languages other than Portuguese is limited. If unavailable, the tour will be offered in Portuguese only. WALKING THROUGH HISTORY
Excursion Details<-strong><-p> The tour begins with arrival at the pier, followed by the start of a guided walking tour lasting approximately 15 minutes. The first stop is the historic San Sebastian Church, where you will explore its architecture and history. The journey continues with a visit to the Visitors Center of Ilha Grande State Park, offering insights into the region¿s natural environment and conservation efforts. Next, you will stop at the Park Guardhouse followed by a visit to the scenic Preta Beach, where you can take in the surrounding area and spend around 30 minutes swimming and relaxing. The tour then continues to the historic aqueduct for a 15-minute visit, followed by additional free time of 30 minutes to swim in a natural pool nearby. The adventure proceeds to the Preta Belvedere, offering stunning views of the landscape. Finally, you will return to Abraão Village over a 15-minute walk, concluding the tour upon arrival back at the pier after a full day of exploration, nature, and cultural discovery. <-p> Important Information:<-strong> This excursion is not recommended for guests with mobility issues, as it includes a long walk on steep terrain. We recommend wearing a cap, closed comfortable shoes, as well as bringing a backpack and towel. The guide reserves the right to refuse participants wearing high heels and-or flip-flops. ANGRA PARADISE ISLANDS
.Please note: . Guests traveling together should contact the shore excursion desk once on board in order to be assigned to the same vehicle. This excursion is only available in Portuguese. For all calls and Grand Voyages (to-from Europe) please check with the Shore Excursion Office the availability of tours in English, Spanish, Italian, German and French. Water is available on board the boat. Toilets are available upon consumption in the bars and restaurants at the beach. Guests are recommended to bring cash in local currency to cover incidental purchases. The tour will not be cancelled due to the weather (e.g. rain). The boat is piloted by a master sailor who will double as your guide and speaks only Portuguese. The size of the boat may vary depending on the number of participants on the excursion. The price of the tour includes use of snorkel equipment (mask and snorkel). Guests with any type of food intolerance are required to communicate it to the Shore Excursions Office at least two days before the call. <-p>
SNORKEL EQUIPMENT RENTAL FOR ALL SCHOONER TOURS
The rental of snorkeling equipment (mask and snorkel - does not include fins) is available to all guests who purchase any schooner excursion. The equipment will be delivered to the Abraão pier before boarding the schooners. The amount of equipment available is limited. We recommend booking equipment in advance to avoid disappointment. There will be a charge of USD60 (sixty US dollars) on the guest s on-board account (cruise card) if the equipment is lost or damaged during the excursion. It is not possible to rent equipment on board the schooners. Guests must sign the equipment liability form at the excursions desk.<-p>
ILHA GRANDE GRAND TOUR
Excursion Details<-strong><-p> Depart from Abraão for a 20-minute ride to Lagoa Azul. Enjoy around 40 minutes swimming and exploring this scenic lagoon. Travel for 20 minutes to Lagoa Verde for a free time to swim and relax in tranquil waters. Continue to Praia de Maguariquessaba for a stop at a marine farm, perfect for photography. Next, head to the beach for 1 hour of swimming and leisure, then enjoy the ride to Saco do Céu with a brief stop for photos. Arrive at Praia do Amor for 40 minutes of beach time, followed by a journey to Praia da Feiticeira and more 40 minutes to swim and explore. Return to Abraão with a 15-minute sail.<-p> Important Information:<-strong> Only 4 boats are available for this excursion, so spots are extremely limited- we recommend booking in advance. A lunch box will be provided to all. Restrooms are available on the beach with consumption at bars and restaurants. The boat is helmed by a master sailor, who will also serve as the guide, and he speaks only Portuguese. The boat s size may vary depending on the number of participants. This excursion already includes snorkeling equipment (mask and snorkel). This excursion is also suitable for guests with mobility difficulties who wish to visit Lagoa Azul, as boats are easier to board than schooners. However, there will be a gap between the pier and the edge of the boat, and guests must have good physical condition to board the boat independently. All stops with a duration of 6 hours will be completed in 5 hours. Food and beverages are not included- we recommend bringing local currency or a Visa-Mastercard credit card.
