Excursion details<-strong><-p>

This experience is thoughtfully organised over two days to provide you with an in-depth understanding of life and operations aboard an MSC Cruises ship. The first part of the experience will take place when the ship is at sea- you will spend approximately 2.5 hours exploring all the backstage areas with approx. 30 minutes at each location.<-p>

Start with an insightful tour of the theatre backstage, where you will see how performances are prepared and learn about the technology that brings each show to life. Continue with a visit to the Galley, where a behind-the-scenes look at the culinary team¿s efforts reveals the scale and organisation required to serve hundreds of meals daily. Next, you will discover the laundry facilities, witnessing the advanced systems used to maintain impeccable standards for linens and uniforms. Proceed to the Provision Area, where you will uncover the logistical feats involved in storing and distributing supplies throughout the ship. The backstage segment concludes with an exclusive access to the Speciality Restaurant facilities, where you will enjoy a live cooking demonstration. Here, a dish is prepared by the chef in front of you, providing both an educational moment and a chance to indulge in a tasting session.<-p>

On another day, when the ship is in port, the experience continues with about one hour of privileged access to the ship¿s control and command centres. Accompanied by experienced crew, you will walk through the bridge and technical areas, gaining insights into navigation, safety, and onboard technology. This rare access allows you to learn how the ship is managed, offering answers to all your questions about maritime operations and life at sea. Historically, the ship¿s bridge has been its nerve center, and your visit allows you to appreciate both maritime tradition and cutting-edge innovation in action.<-p>

The experience concludes with the opportunity for a souvenir photo, taken at the end of the tour as a lasting memory of your behind the scenes experience.<-p>
