You'll set off from the pier with a single goal: to enjoy the ocean to the max! First stop: the spectacular Blue Cave in Naha, one of the most incredible natural wonders of Okinawa. Once you arrive, you'll find yourself face to face with a natural miracle: a sea cave sculpted by the waves, where the light of the sun filters through the water, creating electric blue reflections that even Photoshop couldn't replicate.

Slip on your snorkel and mask and dive into the blue: crystal clear waters await you, along with walls of rock sculpted by natural forces and a living aquarium that's so colorful that it looks like a painting.

But the adventure doesn't end here: you'll do some snorkeling surrounded by tropical fish darting between the coral, and you''ll even be able to feed them and watch them gather around you, in a dancing cloud of colors and fins!

And just when you think you've already had the best possible experience...the Banana Boat arrives! Climb aboard, hold on tight and get ready to zoom over the waves - it's one of Okinawa's most popular activities. Fun is guaranteed, with laughter included in the price!

Main stops
  • Karate lesson at the Okinawa Karate Kaikan
  • Japanese BBQ dinner
  • Shopping and fun at Kokusai Dori

The programme

Let's start with a healthy dose of adrenaline! The Okinawa Karate Kaikan welcomes you to its temple of discipline, in the place where karate was born. Here, where this ancient martial art was first developed, you'll be able to work on your super powers. Learn the key moves of Okinawano karate: uke, thrust, kick… and who knows, maybe you'll turn into a mini Bruce Lee. Don't forget to immortalize the moment with a photo with your coach!

Then, once you've given it all you've got on the tatami, it's time to make peace with your stomach. High-quality Japanese meat, delectable Yakiniku BBQ and a flavor that will make you forget you tiredness in no time. Because you've worked hard, and now is the time to reward yourself.

And to end on a high, Kokusai Dori awaits you - the liveliest street in Naha, where shopping is a real adventure. A YAKINIKU DINNER...WORTHY OF A STANDING OVATION

In a nutshell

Here's an experience that combines history with...the meat of your dreams. Yes, that's right: we're talking about a castle that will make you feel like you're part of a legend, plus a dinner that will really tickle your taste buds. An hour later, your stomach will thank you.

Main stops
  • Shuri Castle
  • Epic dinner with Ishigaki Beef and Motobu Beef
  • Kokusai Dori

The programme

We start with Shuri Castle, because Okinawa has much more to offer than just picture-postcard beaches. This castle is a fortress, but also a symbol of resistance, reborn from the ashes of the Second World War. Here, as you stand inside its ancient walls, you'll feel like a warrior ready to write the pages of your own history. And as you immerse yourself in this legendary atmosphere, don't forget to capture the moment: in a place like this, a picture is the best way to tell a story.

But don't get too distracted by history, because a special dinner awaits you!

And now, let's talk about meat. Not your average meat, mind you. We're talking about Ishigaki Beef - if this doesn't make you want to give a standing ovation, we don't know what will. Sourced directly from the Yaeyama district, it is so highly prized that it was served it to world leaders during a summit. It's not something you'll eat every day, and we can assure you that once you try it, you won't want to go back.

But don't think we're stopping here. Enter Motobu Beef, another meat which is something special – want to know the secret diet of these cows? A mix of fermented ingredients and...the dregs of Orion Beer. Yes, the diet fed to these beasts is so exclusive that if they had a passport, it would be stamped "VIP". The result? Meat that is so succulent and tender that you'll forget all others.

And if you're still hungry after all that meat… Kokusai Dori is the perfect place to finish your evening with a bang. In the free time that you have, you can get lost among the most lively street in Naha, where the restaurants will tempt you in to try another delicacy.
A little shopping to aid digestion? Stores full of souvenirs will make you want to fill up your suitcase. Unique items, crazy gadgets and souvenirs that you won't find anywhere else... just perfect!

Good to know
  • At Shuri Castle, in case of an internal visit, visitors are asked to remove their shoes.
  • Shuri Castle was completely destroyed by a fire in 2016. Renovation work is currently underway and is scheduled for completion in 2026.

And don't worry, you don't need to be an expert to understand the flavors: we'll explain how to recognize the aromas and notes that will send your taste buds wild.

After the tour, you can take home a bottle of Awamori, directly from the factory (so you can impress your friends and relatives when you get home).

Then, as you turn the corner, you'll be met by Okashi Goten, where Okinawa's sweet treats challenge you to resist them. Try the Beniimo tart (made with the red sweet potato that everyone here loves) and get ready to lose your mind. If you're lucky, you might even find a delicacy that's just come out of the oven: warm cakes that will make you shout "I'll take them all!"

To finish, take a pleasant stroll on Kokusai Dori, Naha's main street. Here, you'll find plenty of kitsch souvenirs, along with some real gems that'll make you look even cooler. Boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a little local chaos – and then, if you still have it in you, enjoy a few drinks to end on a high note. Okinawa as you'd never have imagined it.

Main stops
  • Ruins of Katsuren Castle
  • Mid Sea Road

Here you'll feel a little like a historical hero, with walls that tell the story of ancient grandeur, and a landscape that'll make you want to take a warrior-style selfie.

We'll continue on the Mid Sea Road, a panoramic road around 5 km long that connects the mainland with the main islands of the archipelago. Here, you'll feel like you're flying. Every curve reveals a stunning new spectacle, which will make you want to stop to take yet another photo. But it's not just the view that is striking - it's the atmosphere too. MANZAMOU CAPE & RYUKYU MURA VILLAGE

In a nutshell

Main stops
  • The Manzamou Cape cliffs
  • Ryukyu Mura Village
  • Free time and shopping on Kokusai Street

This cliff doesn't just offer simple views - it reveals an emerald-colored ocean like you've never seen before, making you wonder if a place like this can really exist. Indeed, when King Sho Kei saw it, he was so entranced that he declared that there was room for a thousand citizens here. And this is where the name “Manzamou” comes from: "Man" means a thousand, a tribute to how spacious and spectacular this place is at the same time, making you feel small in the face of its immensity.

Then we'll head to Ryukyu Mura Village, where time seems to have stood still. Traditional Okinawa-style houses (the real ones, not the tourist imitations!) from every corner of the archipelago, narrating traditions, crafts and customs that will make you feel as if you've been catapulted into another era. Not bad eh?

To finish on a high, we'll leave you some free time to go wild on Kokusai Dori, known as the "Miracle Mile" - the street that became the beating heart of Naha in the 1950s. A truly explosive mix of stores, restaurants and souvenir shops that push both tradition and modernity to the extreme. And if you don't pick up something to take home with you, well...we'll be forced to conclude that you're an alien!

Good to know
  • This activity is not recommended for travelers with reduced mobility.
  • There is no extra time/location for currency exchange, so it is recommended that you prepare Japanese currency in advance.
