TROU DU SOUFFLEUR VIA FERRATA: ADRENALINE SUSPENDED BETWEEN ROCK AND SEA

In a nutshell

Fancy putting your courage to the test? Strap on your harness and get ready to experience Trou Souffleur in a way that few others have the opportunity to: cross the canyon, suspended between the cliffs and the Mediterranean, and continue along the via ferrata, which seems to have been designed specifically to make you say, “Now that's what I call an experience!” A perfect blend of ropes, adrenaline, incredible views and that unique feeling of being exactly in the right place at the right time.

Main stops
  • An adrenaline-fueled route on the Trou du Souffleur via ferrata
  • An extraordinary adventure in the Calanques along the coast of La Ciotat
  • Spectacular views amidst ropes, wind-carved rock faces and the deep blue Mediterranean

The programme

The adventure starts at the meeting point - get ready for a change of scenery right away: the Trou du Souffleur awaits you with its sculpted cliffs, wind rumbling through the cavities, and a rope-assisted route that leaves no room for distractions.
Put on your harness as the guide explains how to do everything safely, then grip your carabiners and think to yourself: “Right, here we go… let’s do this!”...the via ferrata awaits you.

Make your way along the cliff face, suspended between the limestone rock and the open sea. On one side, the Mediterranean stretches out toward the horizon, while on the other, the cliffs of La Ciotat rise up like a natural amphitheater. From this perspective too, the Calanques know how to surprise you. Every step is a tiny victory; every stretch of the way reminds you that this isn’t a walk in the park – it’s an adventure.

Your guide will accompany you, encouraging you and helping you discover the hidden details of the area: the sound of the wind that gives the site its name, the hollows carved out by erosion, the many colors of the rock lit up by the sun.
It's a complete sensory experience: you'll feel the roughness of the wall, the salty breeze on your skin, the energy of a place you can’t experience anywhere else.

When it comes to an end, you'll look back and realize that this wasn’t just a simple tour:
it was the type of adventure that stays with you, the kind you look back on with a satisfied smile and a touch of pride. What will the next one be?

Good to know
  • Wear suitable sports clothing (avoid shorts that are too short and delicate fabrics) and sturdy hiking shoes, and bring some water in a rucksack.
  • The tour may be canceled in bad weather.

ON THE HUNT FOR STREET ART: A FAMILY MISSION IN LA SEYNE-SUR-MER

In a nutshell

Ready to see La Seyne-sur-Mer with new eyes? Here the walls speak…and hide surprises! More than 30 works from international street artists transform the city into a giant open-air art gallery. It's not just a GUIDED tour: it's a treasure hunt for smileys, for adults, children, and the endlessly curious… can you find all the smileys hidden amongst the murals? The challenge is on, and there's even a prize!

Main stops
  • Tour of the murals in La Seyne WITH GUIDE
  • Family treasure hunt
  • Mystery prize for the kids

The programme

Lace up your shoes and let yourself be guided through the streets of La Seyne-sur-Mer, a historic port city in the heart of the Mediterranean, with a bold pop soul. Every wall is a canvas, with a surprise around every corner: explosive colors, hidden messages and characters that look like they're about to jump out of the concrete.

Set off from the south neighborhood, among historic buildings and fresh works of art, which breathe new life into the facades. Here, the street art interacts with the city's maritime history... and occasionally with a few cats, who watch your every move with a suspicious air.
Then, make your way to the ancient heart of the city, a jumble of alleyways where Provençal history meets murals full of irony and poetry. Continue towards the more modern area of the city, where the style is bold, contemporary, and highly Instagrammable. Finally, the port: the scent of salt in the air, gently rocking boats, and works inspired by the sea, voyages, and distant adventures.

But be warned, now it's time for a challenge: this is not just an arty stroll. It's a real urban treasure hunt! With a special guide, you'll walk past more than 30 murals, where you'll follow clues, put your powers of observation to the test and challenge the whole family to find the hidden smileys. Who will spot them first? Mom, dad or the youngest detectives in the house?
Along the way, you will discover stories about the works of art, interesting facts about the artists, and surprising anecdotes that make the experience even more engaging. And yes, you'll laugh, you'll be amazed, and you'll learn without even realizing it.

The grand finale? A guaranteed prize for the kids: a mysterious box to take home...what does it contain? A clue? A memory? A surprise? Spoiler alert: no homework, promise
